Bew-Setthakan Weerakultaewan placed second at the 2022 World Espresso Championship after winning Thailand's Barista Championship three times. In 2025, a team member finished in the top three at the World Coffee Roasting Championship.
The roastery works with Sirinya Coffee Farm in Chiang Rai, where Bourbon, Caturra, and Catimor varietals grow at 1,300 to 1,500 metres. Bold profiles include black honey, yellow cherry, and pink bourbon processes. The signature Moscow arrives in a skull-shaped glass.
