Kees van der Westen and Synesso machines pull Chiang Rai blends in light, medium, and dark roasts alongside Ethiopian and Brazilian single origins. The chain crossed 30 locations within three years.
The Bangkok Roastery on Nakniwat features loft-style interiors with speedbar, slow bar for manual brewing, and a visible roasting facility.
