Two engineers founded TABLA in 2019 in Nonthaburi, the name meaning 'wood' in Spanish. Beans come from Cup of Excellence Thailand winners including Mae Mon House and Omkoi SOFT Coffee, sourced through SCATH and the Thai Department of Agriculture. The team collaborates with farmers on processing methods and runs direct auctions.
The One Bag = One Seedling programme, now in its fifth year, donates coffee seedlings to farming families.
