The O Osthanukroh family sources Arabica from Akha farmers in Chiang Rai, where they also run Canary Natural Resort. Owner Mr. O earned certifications in both roasting and brewing. The roaster sits visible behind large windows in an industrial loft with concrete floors, wooden tables, and a central communal table.
