Four-branch Bangkok roastery, one inside Silpa Bhirasri's neo-Renaissance mansion.

Roasts in-house at the Old Town flagship, a 127-year-old Bumrungnukulkit Printing House from the reign of King Rama V. The Baan Ajarn Farang branch occupies Bhirasri's former home, the Italian-born sculptor who became Thailand's Father of Modern Art.

Seven blends draw from Chiang Rai, Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Laos. The lemongrass latte blends Artisan Blend with lemongrass and star anise.

At this shop

The shop fills a cream shophouse on Thanon Bamrung Mueang, with timber-shuttered windows onto the street and two counters at the back of the concrete-floored ground room. A wooden staircase climbs to a hall under exposed dark roof trusses and a skylight, where a long table runs down the polished wood floor.
