The Dirty pours espresso over almost-frozen SCR house milk flakes, with a coconut variation. Es Yen uses Thai-style dark-roasted espresso with sweetened condensed milk.
Canelés come in rum custard and pandan. Barista training classes run alongside the roasting operation.
