Ann Rossarin Tiyawaraphan founded Nana Coffee Hunter before rebranding as Rolling Roasters in 2021. The Prannok facility houses an on-site roastery with certified Q-graders and a Modbar pressure system.

Single origins include Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Brazil Santos, Colombia Rose Valley, and Honduras Litchilan alongside northern Thai beans.

A domed ceiling ring lettered ROLING ROASTERS hangs over the central bar, with a wire globe of Africa rising from a copper-toned column. The bar curves around it, with stools on the customer side, and the glass walls look out onto trees.
