Four-location Bangkok roastery with a 3,200 sqm Prannok flagship.

Ann Rossarin Tiyawaraphan founded Nana Coffee Hunter before rebranding as Rolling Roasters in 2021. The Prannok facility houses an on-site roastery with certified Q-graders and a Modbar pressure system.

Single origins include Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Brazil Santos, Colombia Rose Valley, and Honduras Litchilan alongside northern Thai beans.

A freestanding building of rusted steel and timber stands in a garden off Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Road, with umbrellas on the grass outside. Inside, a double-height hall opens around a central bar, with copper-coloured globes hanging overhead and a mezzanine with mesh railings running around the upper level.
