The ground floor seats ten, small enough to watch each drink prepared, and transitions from coffee to wine after dark. The Beans On Bar project rotates roasters every three months to spotlight Thai specialty: SAUCE COFFEE BAR launched the first season. Guest rooms fill the upper floors.
